Solve complex ICT (SaaS) contract and data privacy issues. You will negotiate SaaS contracts with customers worldwide, work closely with sales and ensure they are fair, and comply with (local) laws, especially data privacy laws.

As innovation engineer/architect you are part of our Innovation team, working on new digital identity products and services that go (far) beyond what ReadID offers today.

You’ll lead our small CloudOps team, working closely with our DevOps and service delivery teams. You’ll work with state-of-the-art tooling and standards, including Terraform, Ansible, Keycloak/OpenID Connect, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack to create our Cloud Strategy and roadmap.

We’re a purely cloud-based company, hosting on AWS locations worldwide and in the process of deploying more cloud-neutral using Kubernetes on EU-based cloud providers. Our services process millions of identity documents, so security is crucial and a CloudOps Engineer is central to this.

We are looking for a Scrum Master for one of the mobile feature teams. The mobile feature teams are responsible for continuously improving and upgrading the MRZ and NFC functionalities of our ReadID SDKs/Apps for both Android and iOS.
