The need for remote identification can vary over time. New use cases or regulations can bring a steep growth in demand for trusted identification.

Contrary to the technologies we replace, such as optical verification and video identification, ReadID is fully automated and can scale to be almost unlimited. We run our service in secure public cloud infrastructures, fitting to the region, and that scale with demand: no manual labour involved, no training of employees. If demand goes down, we can scale down with it.

No manual steps and
no mistakes

As ReadID can be used completely remotely, no physical channels are needed for customer interaction that are costly and do not scale in time or volume. As the information is read directly from the chip, no input errors or scanning errors can occur.

Any solution based on human labour, such as optical solutions which all require a percentage of human checks (or 100%) of cases, cannot scale easily and can only grow in cost.

End of 2020, the Danish government introduced a new driving licence app, the Kørekort-appen. It is activated by scanning one’s own passport into the app using ReadID. It's a big success.
